There are 3 key areas in carrying out a removal.
The 1st is the packing and boxing up of all smaller items into boxes and suitable packaging (books, clothes, crockery, toys etc.). We would always supply wardrobe boxes for all hanging clothes on a rental basis to save costs.
The 2nd is the wrapping and protection of all furniture, larger fragile items (pictures, mirrors, TV/Audio/Computer equipment etc.) as well as the dismantling and then assembling of all furniture as required.
The 3rd is the physical removal of all items.
Although we commonly carry out all 3 aspects of a move, you might want to carry out some of these activities yourself (most commonly item 1, or part thereof) to reduce costs. We are totally flexible to fit into whatever suits you best. We would supply and deliver, at cost price, all materials prior to your move if required.
A vital part of any removal is the availability of appropriate parking for the trucks. We would normally reserve parking bays through the relevant councils although this is not always appropriate or necessary depending on your location and volume of your removal.
It is also important to consider where you would want the men to place all items of furniture and boxes in your new home.
